This electroacoustic concert features instrumental virtuosi playing, using the new capabilities of the Basil Jones Orchestral Hall as a multichannel sound diffusion venue. Violinist Graeme Jennings and violist Yoko Okayasu team up for the premiere of a work by Argentinean-Australian composer Gerardo Diri??, in a program integrating other works by internationally renowned Latin American and Australian composers. $5 at the door

In this tribute concert to the great conductor, Leopold Stokowski, Michael Morgan conducts the Conservatorium Symphony Orchestra in their presentation of Rimsky-Korsakov's Sheherezade and Debussy's Le Cathedral Engloutie and Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition as arranged by Stowkowski.
