Aboriginal Research, Ethics and Methodology: What's the Difference?

GSBRC is offering a seminar presented by Associate Professor Karen Martin to discuss some of the elements within current understandings of Aboriginal research. It will outline the approaches, distinctions and differences in relation to the research aims, the researcher role and the methodology and ethics regarding Aboriginal peoples. Examples will be given from Dr Martin's PhD research and from the Longitudinal Study of Indigenous Children (Department of Social Services).
