Science and Engineering Challenges

Griffith Science Education Alliance in partnership with Rotary hosts four Science and Engineering Challenges in South-East Queensland.
Two events in South Brisbane at Canterbury College on the 4th and 5th of June and two events at Queensland Academy of Health Sciences on the 7th and 8th of June, in school Term 2.
The Challenge is open to all schools with a hotly contested 8 school places each day. Schools can register teams of up to 32 students from Year 9 and 10.

The GriffithBUSINESS Year 12 Program provides an opportunity for high-achieving Year 12 business students to experience university first-hand. Students participate in a minimum of two workshops based around the theme of social entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as an online employability module.

Griffith Asia Institute Seminar: Urban housing challenges in China

In this presentation, Dr Zhi Liu will provide an overview of the urban housing challenges in China. Dr Liu will discuss the structural issues in the housing market development of the last 15 years. It touches upon the issues of land policy, municipal finance, financial sector, and affordable housing policy. It will also discuss the current housing sector reform and the way forward.
