Rather than highlighting issues of sustainability to persuade business to do some good, the regenerative system of Good Dividends seeks to redefine growth by integrating communities, societies and environments as sources of capital from which a dividend can be yielded as part of value generation. Through a case study of the 'Made Smarter' program ​, Steve will show how digital transformations are being made by manufacturing SMEs using the Good Dividends system.

Students will gain insight into the exciting career choices available to them as commerce graduates, and they will hear from speakers who have used their commerce qualifications to forge successful careers in the diverse areas of accounting, business law, economics, finance and financial planning.
