Science and Engineering Discovery Day - Primary School Event
Griffith University will be hosting the PRIMARY school Science and Engineering Discovery Days on the 4 & 5 June 2026 in the Logan region. ( venue to be confirmed)The Science and Engineering Discovery Day is aimed at engaging Year 5 and 6 students through fun and practical hands-on activities.

Science and Engineering Challenges
Science on the GO! in partnership with Rotary hosts four Science and Engineering Challenges scheduled for South Brisbane on 2&3 June and 10&11 June at the Gold Coast. (Venues TBC)The Challenge is open to all schools but there's only 8 school places each day. Schools can register teams of up to 32 students from Year 9 and 10.

The STEM Professional Development Conference days aim to develop participant confidence with regards to knowledge and skills in the areas of cutting-edge STEM and science education in order to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes in the classroom setting. Open to all primary and secondary teachers and Scientific Operations Officers.â

The 2025 Academic Bootcamps are high-quality courses designed to assist students to achieve their full academicpotential by improving confidence and understanding in senior subject areas, reducing anxiety around assessment while preparing students for future tertiary study.Subjects offered will be Maths Methods, General Maths, Chemistry, Physics & Biology and Pyschology.
