Meet the Speaker
Kris Trott is the Managing Director of Business Governance Solutions. She is a corporate governance specialist with qualifications and in-depth experience in financial management and governance. Her contribution to the governance field is shown through her leadership of professional bodies. Kris leads governance solutions within several Indigenous and not-for-profit organisations. Kris has been appointed to over twenty Boards and has observed Board behavior from various perspectives having held a range of positions from Chair, Director, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operational Officer and Company Secretary.
