Join award winning architect, Michael Rayner AM, as he presents the research and challenges in delivering the revolutionary 6 Star Green Star rated Sir Samuel Griffith Centre.
The Centre is the country’s first zero-emission, self-powering teaching and research building. Powered by a combination of photovoltaics and hydrogen, incorporating hydrogen storage as metal hydride it is an example of genuine sustainable energy alternatives and is a model for off grid and remote communities in Australia and internationally.
This is a free event with registration essential. Doors open at 5:30pm for a 6:00pm start.
