Justice in Focus Series: Regulating access to genetic resources and traditional knowledge: implementing the Nagoya Protocol
This forum brings together a panel of experts to discuss issues and critically review existing Biodiscovery schemes, particularly in terms of the extent to which they protect Indigenous interests, speakers will also consider the issues that Federal and State governments need to address in order to effectively implement the Nagoya Protocol in Australia.
