This presentation will share insights into the power of values to make or break relationships with stakeholders and partners.
Drawing from his experience leading BP's Corporate Responsibility agenda and his consulting business, On Purpose, Mark will give examples of social initiatives that he has led, in particular sustainable enterprises developed by Indigenous communities.
This lecture will outline the crucial role that values play in motivating employees and communities alike and the actions that organisations can take to empower their people to align their own inner purpose with their organisation's purpose as stated through its corporate values.
