Law day for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander High School students

Principal speaker

Professor Elena Marchetti

Griffith Law School and GUMURRII are hosting an aspirational day for Year 10-12 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander high school students thinking about a future career in law.

Hosted by Professor Elena Marchetti, students will get a feel for the courts by taking part in a morning session that focuses on debates over sentencing an offender in our Gold Coast Moot Court. For the afternoon session a Griffith Law School Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander alumnus will talk about their pathway in law and give career advice.

Parents and teachers are welcome to attend. Lunch will be provided, if you have any dietary requirements please let us know.
