A Panel of School Leaders from various schools will share what's working in their schools to develop great Middle Leaders!
Nicole King, Associate Principal, Redbank Plains State School will share how her experience in the School Improvement Unit has influenced her work in a school context. Nicole, will share her school's Aspiring Leaders Program for teachers which builds their leadership capabilities with a particular focus on the effective leadership of teaching and learning across the school.
Melanie Harth, Acting Principal, Whites Hill State College and GerowynLacaze, Deputy Principal, Balmoral SHS will share the Optimum Leadership program which was developed by school leaders to foster Head of Department talent, spread knowledge and expertise and grow capacity through face to face sessions and colleague mentoring.
Louise McGuire, Head of Junior School, St Aidan's Anglican Girl's school.
