This event, organized by the Multi-Faith Centre in cooperation with the International Day of Peace Alliance, Brisbane to celebrate the United Nations International Day of Peace, is an opportunity for individuals, communities and organizations to witness and participate in a multi-faith prayer for peace, and appreciate creative and multicultural performances of dance, song and music for peace by school children and youth.
Participants are also invited to partake in the cutting of a peace cake and lunch at the end of the celebration.
