Map Making Workshop

Workshop for participants aged 7 to 12 years
In this creative workshop children will explore a variety of art making techniques including mono printing, collage and drawing to construct an artistic map of the South Bank area.
The workshop will begin with an introduction to our exhibition Keg de Souza: Common Knowledge and Learning Curves, and de Souza's ongoing interest in maps throughout her art practice. Instructed by artist and educator Lucinda Wolber, participants will be guided to create their own maps, depicting natural and built environments, as well as places of significance to them.
