This 90-minute workshop will offer techniques and strategies to help you make sense of your literature, organize your ideas, references, content and concepts to enable you to articulate your literature review, thesis or scholarly article.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
On completion of this workshop participants should:

· Understand the purpose of conducting a literature review before commencing research

· Be familiar with strategies for sorting information resources and identifying themes in the literature

· Be familiar with how information resources can be converted into a piece of writing

· Identify strategies that are useful for your individual needs when writing academically.
