To speak to the growing importance of strata titling in Australia due to the increasing number of Australians that live in strata titled properties. To also speak to the importance of the conference in bringing different strata title sector stakeholders together in order to lay the basis for advancing well-informed strata title legislation and strengthen partnerships across the spectrum of strata title stakeholders. To provide further background, copies of key speakers papers that addressed background issues at the earlier conferences can be provided by the conference chair Professor Chris Guilding. Professor Guilding can also provide each of the session content speaker briefing notes developed for each of the speakers.
