As part of Anthony Elliott Baker & Sophie Reid-Singer's current PHD candidature, this exhibition unites practices that explore notions of self and metamorphism through the corrupted and unruly body. This exhibition uses interactivity with new-media interfaces to ponder the philosophical implications of enactive perception, the relationship between environment, the body and consciousness.

Baker and Reid-Singer mock the notion of immortality, reducing it to a laughable and often disturbing desire. With the very real possibility of the immortal human being actualised sooner than expected, as artists they want to simply ask, "why?"
