Physics Lecture Series 2013 - Using a Time Machine to Explore Atomic Physics
How long does it take an electron to orbit on atom? Answer: an attosecond (a billionth of a billionth of a second). What happens when you pulse laser for an attosecond on different materials? A new x-ray light source that can effectively freeze time and control these very fast atomic and molecular processes. New grading schema
