Griffith Asia Institute Research Seminar: Perceptions of electoral integrity in Indian states: Results from the first expert survey

In this presentation, Dr Ferran Martinez i Coma introduces evidence on electoral integrity at India's sub-national elections. This is the first systematic academic expert survey on sub-national elections in India (and one of the few international attempts in comparative politics relying on sub-national expert surveys). By assessing, sub-national differences on electoral integrity, we are able to signal which parts of the electoral procedure need to improve.
