Menzies Health Insitute Queensland Seminar with Dr Rajna GolubicDr Golubic will present some of the findings of the cross-sectional study she co-led in Croatian hospitals focusing on occupational stress, work ability and quality of life among Croatian health care workers. This resulted in a doctoral thesis, several publications and positive changes in the education of nurses in Croatia.
